Over the last few years I have used my Agile Scrum knowledge to help build multiple startup businesses and worked to improve multiple businesses and non-profits efficiency and profitability. This included designing and branding these business’s collateral. From designing logos to marketing materials, as well as full website redesign and development. I have also run several Mailchimp promotional campaigns for various businesses, as well as snail mail promotional materials.

For over twenty years I worked as a contractor to the US Government. I have obtained Top Secret clearance in order to design the UX and Graphic User Interfaces for US Department of State and Consular Affairs software and websites. My duties range from requirements analysis, wire-frame diagrams, and designing comps in Photoshop for the development team. As well as supplying graphics and document layouts to be used in client User Guides and Contact Sensitive Help Systems. Fourteen years of experience developing 508 compliant applications in a Microsoft .NET environment. Working with five different development teams on multiple pieces of software to achieve one full suite of applications to be used to issue, track, and regulate US Passports. I am currently working on S2MS application, which is used to vet and issue US government clearances for foreign and domestic employees.

Over the years also worked with the US Airforce, EACA (a non-profit group), and Blatant Designs (working on hospitality websites), among other Government and private sector clients.

Part-time I have worked teaching the developmentally challenged in the usage of Windows-based computers. Teaching basic computer functions such as printing, scanning, email, internet browsing, and basic computer maintenance.
